1. Customized Products – No Returns or Refunds

Because all items sold on PromotionalItems.ae are custom-made (e.g., printed with your brand’s logo, name, or design), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless they meet one of the conditions below.


2. Exceptions – When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:
